Have you ever heard of a "bucket list"? This is an English term that comes from the idiom "to kick the bucket". Literally, it means "to kick the bucket". In fact, however, it is a colloquial way of speaking about death. It is rumored that it goes back to the Wild West method of hanging – meaning someone kicks the bucket from under you while you stand under the tree with a tight noose around your neck. Gulp. Our German translation "den Löffel abgeben" (to hand in the spoon) is already a little gentler.
The bucket list, or rather, the "spoon list", lists all the things you still want to do before it's too late. It's quite smart to have a spoon list... but that alone is not enough. You also have to work through it!
And we are absolutely, absolutely, absolutely sure that there are some among you who have "visit the Weyherer Wein Panorama" on their bucket list (whether in thought or actually on paper). And we think it's time to put the beautiful plans of life into action! Now. Not tomorrow. Not next year.
