Wine Festival in Weyher (September 12–15)
and
Wine Festival in Kreuztal (5-7 September)
Anyone who goes to a creative school learns to dance their name. This is well known. We Palatinate people, on the other hand, dance our craft... and that's no joke! This dance is called Küferschlag (cooper's strike)...

When the whole world smells of blossoms, you're either in love – or in Weyher. Because the grapes have begun to bloom ! The delicate scent envelops us and enchants us anew every year. This year, it's a little later than usual – the beginning of the year was cool. But this is actually our "normal" continental climate... as it was twenty years ago.
But no matter when the blossoms begin, the bees and bumblebees are thrilled. Every year, we receive a visit from a queen , who is placed in the vineyard with a small entourage of worker bees and her hive. For many years, good friends who are experienced beekeepers have been responsible for the royal arrival. The bees then only have to fall headfirst into the blossoms to find their nectar. A life of paradise, truly! If the bees are full of energy, they can also fly to the chestnut trees that bloom not far from the vineyards...

We would like to invite you to celebrate with us! The Weyher Wine Festival will take place from September 6th to 9th, 2024. The whole village will be on its feet and there will be musical and culinary offerings in every courtyard! It feels like the whole world is meeting in Weyher. OK, maybe that's a bit subjective. But there are actually several thousand people who all come to our idyllic village to enjoy and celebrate and spread a party mood.
Our main season also begins NOW ! From September 9th, we will be open every day (except Tuesdays). Let the Canadian-Palatinate delicacies from Kristine's Lamesa melt in your mouth while you enjoy a wonderful glass of wine, the panoramic view in our garden and the fruity autumn air.

Being humanly curious, we'd love to try every bottle at the winery. This is a bit complicated to implement, as not everyone can stay 60 nights to try every bottle. So we've come up with a solution and offer three different wine tastings...
Open to the world: As international globetrotters, we speak English fluently. We'd be delighted to welcome you for a wine tasting in English!
