wine tastings at the winery

"Just a tiny sip"

This quote from Feuerzangenbowle (a cult film that everyone must have seen!) fits perfectly with our newsletter, because today it's all about "tiny sips" - or not so tiny sips. :-)
Being curious, people want to try every bottle in the winery. This is a little complicated to implement, because not everyone can stay sixty nights to try all the bottles. So we came up with a solution and offer three different wine tastings:
1. » Just try it «
In this small wine tasting you will receive 6 to 8 wines of at least 5cl each, which means that in total each person will enjoy almost half a litre of wine (we are not looking at every drop here).
You choose the wines you would like to try, whether they are table wines, gourmet wines or single-vineyard wines!
(The only exceptions are the specialties and the wines from the treasure chamber.) The tasting itself is self-contained and independent.
Booking:
possible at any time during opening hours
Price:
10€ per person
2. " I want to know more "
In this medium-sized wine tasting, you will taste just as much wine as in option 1 , but you will also receive insider knowledge and background information directly from the winery. It lasts around two hours, and afterward you will know a good part of our Palatinate wine culture!
Booking:
Please by email, one week in advance
Price:
15€ per person
3. " I want to know everything !"
During the large wine tasting, you will taste 8 to 10 wines (5cl each) and receive insider knowledge and background information directly from the winery. We will also take a look at the current state of the vineyard and visit the wine cellar (duration approx. 3 hours).
Booking:
Please by email, one week in advance
Price: 20€ per person (from four people )
The wine tasting does not count towards the purchase of wine.
Good to know: During the opening hours of the winegrower's café or the estate bar, a delicious combination is available: wine tastings with a hearty international dish from Kristine's Lamesa. It tastes good and ensures that the alcohol doesn't go to your head too quickly.
