Outside, the (sleet) rain is falling. Hurrah! In the last few weeks, it has finally, finally rained heavily again. A whopping 300 litres of precipitation per square metre have fallen on us, and we cannot tell you how happy we are about it. All the dry streams are full to bursting, the rain is running down the mountain in a thousand rivulets, and even when you walk through the forest, it really splashes under your feet. Wonderful. We are sooo happy. Our vineyards and our souls have been yearning for this.

But it wasn't just the weather that made us happy. We also received the good news that our winery was named one of the top 100 wine producers in Germany in 2023. The DLG (German Agricultural Society) carries out this assessment, for which each participating winery...
