Anyone who tries our grape juice for the first time will raise their eyebrows, because in addition to its fruitiness and sweetness, our juice also has a certain something that makes it unique: a very slight fizz. This is caused by the natural CO2 content, which - unlike conventional processes - is not boiled out of the juice.
Our processing method is extremely gentle and natural: we press the grapes on the first floor, so that the freshly pressed juice runs down to the cellar solely by gravity, without a pump. This creates more Co2. In addition, the juice is not heated. Instead, we just filter it and chill it well. So you get our freshly squeezed juice free of additives directly from the vineyard.
If you are a big grape juice fan, you should consider a subscription and secure your monthly supply, because there are always years when grape juice is quickly sold out. And when the last bottle of the season has to be opened: with a little sparkling water you can conjure up a wonderful spritzer.
