Our gourmet wines are between the Schoppen wines and the premium wines in terms of both price and alcohol content (11.5 to 12.5%). They are the perfect accompaniment to a delicious meal or food pairing... But they are also wonderful by the fireplace after a long day at work: put your feet up, breathe deeply, enjoy life! That is what the gourmet wines were made for. Because as the name suggests: if you want to unwind, the gourmet wines are just the thing.
In this category we have our largest selection of white wines: International grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc complement the traditional Riesling. At the same time, we also grow future-oriented grape varieties, such as the climate-oriented Burgundy varieties and the Cabernet Blanc. Because of climate change, some traditional grape varieties (such as Riesling) have to struggle, while other grape varieties (such as Pinot Blanc) benefit from the rising temperatures.
Yes, and then of course we have the little crazy things in this category, like the G-spot (the G. stands for Graf, of course): A rosé in a stunning color, which is a real eye-catcher thanks to the pink cap.
If you like it a little sweeter, you should look for the aluminum capsules in orange: Our Blanc de Noir and Muscat were our personal favorites when we were really young (we're still young now, of course, but nostalgia knows no age ;-) ).
It's best to try them all once! It's worth it when shipping: with 15 bottles we save (all) the packaging material and you save the transport costs!
This is what wine experts say:
" Bright light yellow; the scent harmonizes delicate floral notes with fruity components of peach and apricot; on the palate these are supported by a present fruit sweetness with a lively acidity; lasting overall impression. " DLG Federal Wine Awards, Frankfurt am Main, 05/2024
"Scent of mace and freshly pressed grape juice, with a spicy undertone. Grippy on the palate, pear, orange, nutmeg, has a lot of juice, well balanced with fine acidity. Very suitable as an aperitif." Falstaff Wine Guide 2022
"Very appetizing, typical and grapey muscat nose (rose petals, also orange blossom water, mandarin ...). Delicious fruit with fresh acidity, not too sweet, great balance, almost lush. A sweet pleasure without regrets." Dr. Rolf Klein, experienced wine author and former editor-in-chief of the magazine " Weinwelt ".

2/3 water (sparkling)
1/3 of our Muscat
2-3 leaves of fresh mint
like 1-2 ice cubes
ready! A refreshing, light (approx. 4% vol.) wine cocktail for hot summer days!
