A social gathering with friends, a picnic, a bike ride, a morning pint ... There are many occasions for our Schoppen wines. But how do they differ from gourmet wines? Perhaps the best comparison is with a potato: A Schoppen wine is what a good lunch is: delicious and inexpensive, solidly crafted, uncomplicated and somehow a guarantee of satisfaction . The Schoppen wines have the lowest alcohol content (11.5%) in our wine range and are therefore mostly available in large 1 liter bottles. Because they are so wonderfully drinkable and fresh that you always want to pour yourself a little more... Whether Müller-Thurgau , Weißburgunder , Riesling , Silvaner or Scheurebe , our white wine selection is large!
This is what wine experts say:
" Bright, light yellow; the scent unfolds elegant notes of green apple, lime and apricot as well as delicate floral notes; the complex fruit aroma is accompanied on the palate by a delicate acidity; elegant and fresh overall impression. " - DLG Federal Wine Awards, Frankfurt am Main, 05/2024
" Appetizing aroma of citrus fruits and green apple. Fresh with an invigorating but not biting acidity. Uncomplicated Riesling for every day, also wonderful as a spritzer. For dinner, for a picnic with tasty snacks... " Dr. Rolf Klein, experienced wine author and former editor-in-chief of the magazine " Weinwelt ".
