Sherryni wine aperitif 0.5 liters

A real sherry must come from Spain , from a strictly defined region around Jerez . We love our Palatinate Sherry variant , which we have dubbed Sherryni. This wonderful wine aperitif is cuvetted by us, ie sprinkled with brandy. As a result, at 17% it has a higher alcohol content than the wines (which are usually around 12-13%), but is still a long way from the pure brandies, which often have around 40%. Its color is amber, although the grapes we harvest for our Sherryni late in autumn come from the Ortega white wine variety. This is due to the long storage: it stays in oak barrels for at least six years. Our Sherryni belongs to the Oloroso variety, but all the details would lead too far here, because one can talk shop about Sherry for years. Best of all, you convince yourself!
