Germany is considered the » Riesling World Champion «: the award-winning Rieslings from the Palatinate are internationally famous. Due to its very special acid structure, Riesling offers ideal conditions for further aging in the bottle, so that older vintages become more and more valuable. Over the years we have been able to build up a small wine treasure trove with our rock Rieslings. The rock Rieslings are so-called single site wines / terroir wines , which are selectively harvested by hand in small quantities, separated by soil.
