    Blanc de Noir

The color of the wine is almost exclusively determined by the skin of the grapes and not by the pulp. So it's entirely possible to make a white wine out of a red grape if you remove the skin early enough in the process that it can't release its pigments into the juice. This is how our delicious Blanc de Noir is made - a white wine made from dark grapes.
By the way : most types of champagne fall into this category.
